In the year 2300, Vladimir, a top-secret agent cat, is demoted to a security detail after breaking the rules. He is sent to guard a top-secret cargo on a remote offshore platform with Hector, a timid rookie rat. When the cargo is stolen by a mysterious gang, Vladimir and Hector must retrieve it.
