Black Spines (also known as He's Watching You) is a 2024 slasher horror film following teenage photographer Cameron in Page Hollow, who discovers VHS tapes linked to brutal murders. Inspired by the Detroit legend of "The Pill," a red-coated killer, he races to uncover the truth before becoming next.
